This space includes a comfortable living room for relaxing, as well as a convivial dining room opening onto a large, fully-equipped kitchen. This layout is perfect for spending pleasant moments with family or friends, while enjoying a functional and welcoming living space.

The first floor also houses a sleeping area, ideal for those who prefer to avoid the stairs. Here you'll find a comfortable bedroom, a shower room (shower and washbasin) and a separate toilet. This practical layout allows everyone to have their own space, while promoting conviviality in the common rooms.

Upstairs, three bedrooms welcome you for a restful night's sleep after a busy day. The first bedroom, with a double bed, opens onto a charming balcony with an unobstructed view of the surrounding area.

The third, cosier bedroom has a 120 x 190 cm bed, ideal for a child or single adult.
