Situated in a quiet, secure area of La Teste de Buch, this pleasant, two-storey, T4-style house offers around 115 m² of living space.
For easy parking, you can park your car in front of the garage.
Entrance hall with cupboard. A living room with a large TV and WIFI overlooking a garden where you can enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends, accompanied by its barbecue and ping pong table.
A fully-equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and microwave. A shower room with WC.
Upstairs, a first bedroom with a 160cm double bed.
A second bedroom with a 90cm single bed and desk. A bathroom with double washbasin. And a final bedroom with a 90cm bed, also suitable for sleeping.
The washing machine is in the garage.
Local shops, supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies are just a few minutes' walk away, making shopping and other daily needs a breeze.
The neighborhood is close to several parks and hiking trails, perfect for outdoor walks, jogging or simply relaxing in contact with nature.
