Exit south facing position. Entrance hall with 1 wall-trunk bed (80 cm, length 180 cm). Open kitchen (2 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Shower/WC. Electric fireplace. Parquet floors. Small balcony 3 m2, south facing position. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the ski run. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Suitable for families. Offer by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Above Val Thorens, in the district of Péclet, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 900 m from the lake, 50 m from the skiing area, south facing position. In the complex: storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Public car park at 300 m, extra. Shop 350 m, grocery, supermarket 200 m, shopping centre 350 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery 350 m, café 200 m, pedestrian zone 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "navette gratuit(Hiver)" 200 m. Cable car, chair lift 50 m, skisport facilities 100 m, slopes 50 m, ski school 500 m, ski-kindergarten 10 m, ice rink 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 3 Vallées. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac du lou 1 km, Lac Menuires 800 m. Please note: no lift. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any youth groups. In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome ValThorens. No lift.
