Chalet to rent for the winter season (3 or 4 months), with a beautiful view of the entire Mont Blanc range, located in Demi Quartier halfway between Combloux and Megève, close to the Princesse gondola, with a surface area of 220 m², it comprises three levels with an entrance hall with dressing room, a fully-equipped independent kitchen opening onto a beautiful south-west terrace, a dining room opening onto the living room with its fireplace (insert), a decorative mezzanine.
Lower level: separate toilet, bedroom with two bunk beds and a pull-out bed, bedroom with a 160cm bed and fitted closets (both bedrooms open onto English doors).
First floor: a large en-suite master bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room with access to a balcony, a bedroom with two single beds with built-in closets and balcony access, a separate WC, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with double sinks.
Annexes: garage, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, boiler room.
