Hace unos años nos embarcamos en el proyecto de construir nuestra preciosa casa, nuestro pequeño paraíso. Tras mucho altibajos, en dos mil veinticuatro lo conseguimos. Villa Mirador del Lago is a recently built house in 2024, located in the heart of the Lecrín Valley, just 30 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from the beach, 45 minutes from Sierra Nevada, and 75 minutes from Malaga airport, Therefore, its location is ideal to enjoy the entire province of Granada.
The farm covers an extensive plot of land of about 10,000 m2, completely fenced, and has an immense porch with direct views of Lake Béznar from where you can see the spectacular sunsets that the valley offers.
Outside we can find various gardens with fruit trees and an area with an 8 x 4 meter pool, open from April 1 to October 30, with an equipped kitchen, barbecue, chill out area and toilet.
The house has a capacity for 8 people; It has a private parking.
The entire upstairs is a beautiful and huge en-suite room with a private bathroom, and with two single beds and another 210 cm bed separated by a bamboo screen.
The house is just 7 minutes from the town of Lecrín where you will find all the needs (shops, bank, pharmacy, doctor...) and 10 minutes from a large supermarket.
10 minutes away you can also find the lake's picnic area and nautical dock, where canoes and small sailboats can be rented in season.
In the area there are also different restaurants and bars, and a nice summer Chil out with live music every afternoon.
It is an ideal area for nature lovers with different hiking routes such as the Sendero Barranco de Luna or the Ruta del Azahar
