Space
Our renovated 70 sq.m. apartment, located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a beautiful old building in the Rue de Rome, is bright and ideal for working or relaxing. Rue de Rome, a pedestrian street with tramway, is less than 10 minutes' walk from the Vieux Port. The apartment comprises a living room with sofa, coffee table and TV, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with large dining table. An office area with wifi connection. The sleeping area offers two bedrooms with double beds and storage space. Bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit. Separate WC. Close to transport and shops. Available under a mobility lease for a period of 1 to 10 months (student, employee in training, employee in professional mobility).
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

For reservations of 30 days or more, a Mobility Lease must be signed, subject to eligibility.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, between the Vieux-Port (5 min), the Opéra (1 min) and the Préfecture (4 min), the location is ideal for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (bus, metro and tramway in the immediate vicinity). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit museums on foot (Mucem, Cantini museum), discover the colorful Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches. The Cours Julien, with its lively nightlife and culture, is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Nearby, you'll find plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy a good time, as well as numerous shops for your shopping needs.
