Stay in the heart of Marseille in this beautifully renovated 78 m2 2-bedroom duplex apartment. Its location is ideal. The Old Port is a 10-minute walk away. Streetcar and metro at the bottom of the building. Close to all amenities.
Space
Our 78 m² duplex apartment in Rue de la République, on the 4th floor with elevator of a recent residence, is the ideal pied-à-terre for a stay in Marseille. Recently renovated, it's a 5-minute walk from the Joliette business district (Les Docks, Les Terrasses du Port) and the picturesque Panier district. Streetcar and metro are less than 2 minutes' walk away. The kitchen is fully equipped. A spacious living room with sitting area opens onto a small balcony overlooking Rue de la République. The sleeping area comprises a bedroom with 1 double bed and a bedroom with 1 double bed on the mezzanine. The accommodation includes 1 bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a vanity unit. Separate WC upstairs. Restaurants, shops and Monoprix are nearby.
To offer you the best possible welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay, including sheets, blankets, bath mats and one bath towel per person. Tea towels not included. In addition, welcome kits are available on arrival, containing coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and a sponge.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid by pre-authorizing your credit card. This amount will not be blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limit.

On your arrival, our concierge will come specially to welcome you and hand over the keys, according to the time chosen in our Application.

Located in the heart of downtown Marseille, just a stone's throw from the Old Port (10 min walk), this is an ideal location for discovering our beautiful city on foot or via public transport (tramway and bus 150 meters away). Discover this dynamic, lively and sunny city. You'll be able to visit Marseille's main museums on foot (Mucem is a 10-minute walk away, as well as the Cantini Museum and the Palais du Pharo), and discover the city's colorful Mediterranean markets and beautiful beaches. On the famous Rue de la République, close to our home, you'll find numerous restaurants (Splendido) and bars where you can have a good time, as well as a wide range of shops (Les Terrasses du Port shopping center, 5 min walk away) and boutiques (Monoprix, 50 m away).
