The space has a bedroom and sitting room/study. With high ceilings, original wooden floors and large windows with folding doors leading to a small Juliet balcony. Both of the above spaces are for the exclusive use of the guest.

Despite being located in a lively neighborhood with an active nightlife, especially on weekends, the apartment provides quality and effective hearing protection as a courtesy, ensuring your comfort during your stay.
