Bright country cottage with spacious living rooms, 3 bedrooms, each with private bathroom. Terrace and first floor accessible to people with reduced mobility, sanitary facilities and kitchen also adapted.
From May to September, access to the covered, heated swimming pool is available from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
West-facing terrace with arbour, garden furniture and deckchairs. Large children's play area with swing and tree house.
All shops and services in the center of Andouillé, 1.4km from the gîte.
For your leisure activities, the Vélo Francette, on the Mayenne cycle route, is just 2.4km away.
The city of Laval is well worth a visit: the historic center, the château occupied by the Musée d'Art Naïf, the Lumières de Laval in December as well as the marina, and all the theater and music festivals. From Andouillé, visit the Petites cités de Caractère: Sainte Suzanne, Parné sur Roc, Saulges and Saint Pierre sur Erve. The gîte is on the same property as the owners' house - It comprises 2 levels - LEVEL 0 - Living room 51m² with fitted kitchen area (fridge, dishwasher, 3-burner hob, combined microwave oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster), lounge area with sofa and TV - Separate WC - Laundry room with washing machine, freezer - Bedroom (1) 16m² with 1 bed 140*190, cupboards, TV, desk - 1 shower room accessible to people with reduced mobility: washbasin without cabinet under sink, Italian shower with bar and seat, toilet with bar, electric towel dryer.

Only 1 threshold of 13cm to access the terrace ramp: until the exteriors are finished. After that, the entire first floor is on one level. Kitchen, shower room, wc and bedroom with facilities: void under sink and lights, grab bar in wc and shower, seat in shower.
In Andouillé: head towards the sports hall/stadium and Saint-Germain-d'Anxure. After the sports hall, drive 400m out of the village, taking the 1st small road on the left at a place called "Orangeot". The gîte is at the end of the road.
