In a splendid 19th-century palace, overlooking the Rio de la Panada, a stone's throw from Campo San Giovanni e Paolo, this majestic main floor will engage you with its charm of its past and the mix of art and design that the owners intended.
From the palace's ancient courtyard you can directly access the apartment located on the second floor by an elegant exclusive staircase.
It consists of a huge double-height living room with a large open kitchen on the canal side, a dining area in the middle and a living area on the opposite side. On either side of the living room are two large double bedrooms with bathrooms, while two more double bedrooms are located on the ground floor and on the loft. There are a total of 3 full bathrooms with showers in the apartment and a service bathroom at the entrance. Also, in the loft of the master bedroom is a gymnasium and at the entrance immediately to the left is a checkroom that has been entirely painted with graffiti by a well-known local street artist.
The apartment is adorned with important furnishings such as a prestigious sofa by De Sede, Mid Century armchairs by Adrien Pearsall, lamps by Sebastian Summa, and beautiful artworks such as “Dark Mirror” and “Reconstuctions” by Roman Polanszky, the “DDR Tuten” series by Joseph Beuys, “Schuttbild” by Hermann Kitsch, and a stunning sculpture by Patrick Rampelotto.
To give you all the convenience you need during a vacation, the apartment is equipped with wi-fi access, air conditioning, Smart TV, and hair dryer in each bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need so you can possibly organize your own breakfasts and lunches or dinners at home. We can also provide in-house catering by reservation.
The apartment is easily accessible by water cab, which we can book upon request, and is a 5-minute walk from the Fondamente Nove vaporetto stop, from which you can easily reach every destination, including the islands of Murano, Burano, Lido and Marco Polo Airport, St. Mark's Square can be reached in a 12-minute walk and the Rialto Bridge in 7 minutes.
Check-ins are possible from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Later check-ins are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. At check-in you will be asked to pay the city tax, which is equivalent to 5€ per night per person. Pets are not allowed.
