Very nice 65 m² F3 air-conditioned apartment in a recent residence on the fourth floor with elevator and 2 private parking spaces (one inside and one outside). South-facing terrace with garden table and chairs, two sun loungers and magnificent mountain views. It's just 50 meters from the town center and the thermal baths. A built-in kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, four-burner ceramic hob, hood and dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto a main room with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, table and four chairs. A separate bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, wardrobe and access to the terrace. Another bedroom with a 140cm bed + 2 wardrobes with access to the terrace. A shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and separate WC. There is a laundry room in the residence with washing machines. Wifi is available in the accommodation or in the residence's recreation room. PETS NOT ALLOWED. A baby cot can be provided on request, subject to stock availability.
Compulsory tax: Tourist tax and pet tax (2€/day/pet).
