Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 28 m² flat in Bruz can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a 20 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a shared garden of around 1,500 m². The flat is ideally located in Bruz, in a very pleasant, quiet environment with plenty of trees. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. It's also close to the entrance to Rennes and the Parc Exposition, without any nuisance, and has a large plot of land.

- Saint-Malo is 60 km away (about 1 hour),
- Mont-Saint-Michel is 82 km away (approx. 1 hour 10 minutes),
- Vannes, with its beach, is 90 km away (about 1 hour 30 minutes).

If you choose to come by car, there is one numbered outside parking space, with the possibility of an additional unnumbered space if required, as well as a large free public car park located behind the house.
As far as other modes of transport are concerned, here is some information you may find useful:
- It is advisable to have a car, but you can also take the bus.
- Nearest train station: Bruz station is about 3 km away (5 to 10 minutes by car), Rennes station is about 10 km away (20 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Rennes-Saint-Jacques airport is about 3 km away (5 to 10 minutes by car).
