This apartment is located on the second floor of a private residence with elevator.
It is composed as follows:
- Living room with dining table, TV, internet access, double foldaway bed (140x200cm), sofa, air conditioning.
- Loggia accessible from the living room, offering an unobstructed view of a wooded park not overlooked by neighbours
- Independent, fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee machine, kettle, kitchen utensils), balcony access

This two-bedroom apartment has a parking space in a dedicated box in the basement of the residence (space for city cars, large vehicles will not be able to enter).
Access
Tenants have full access to the apartment. Only one piece of furniture in the loggia will be closed for the owner's private belongings.

Tenants will be in contact with our agency throughout their stay to ensure that their vacation with us runs smoothly.
Please contact us at least two days before your arrival to arrange a time for someone to come and welcome you.
Departures are at 10 a.m. Please confirm this time at the latest the day before your departure so that an agent can be available to meet you on site.
Neighbourhood
This two-bedroom apartment is located in the beautiful Montfleury district of Cannes, offering all the comforts of a quiet residential neighborhood yet within walking distance of all amenities.
Located right in the center of town, you'll find a super market just down the street from the apartment, as well as a bakery, wine shop, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, tennis court, children's playground, not to mention the beaches of the Croisette and the famous Rue d'Antibes, just 2 blocks away.
This location means you can walk to the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette for your business meetings and your personal appointments on the beaches of Cannes.
Transit
Cannes train station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, with numerous buses available.
Notes
Linen is provided on arrival (sheets, towels, bath mat, tea towel).
One set of sheets will be noted per bed. If you have booked for 2 people and you do not wish to sleep in the same bed, please inform us at the latest the day before so that the cleaning company can prepare a kit for the bed of the stay.
A shower towel will be provided on arrival. We do not provide beach towels.
A roll of toilet paper will be provided on arrival. No soap / no coffee.
The cleaning noted on your reservation is that of the end of stay. Please note, however, that the accommodation must be left in a decent state with the dishes done and the garbage cans taken out before the keys are handed over.
If you require a change of linen and/or additional cleaning in the middle of your stay, please contact the agency to obtain a quote for these à la carte services.
Please note that the door can be slammed shut and has no external handle: if you find yourself locked out of the apartment, the locksmith's fee will be charged to you.
Evenings are forbidden, so please respect the neighborhood and quiet hours.
