This is a traditional village house but with all modern amenities located in the heart of Benahavis. It is steps from the many restaurants and bars that make Benahavis famous. Built over several levels this house has space for everyone. There are 3 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a huge 180cm bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed and the third has two standard double beds and there is an additional sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests. The kitchen is open plan to the dining area and that has direct access to the large sunny terrace. There is a roof terrace for enjoying the last moments of the sun in the evening. There is a washing machine and dryer and many home comforts. The lounge has a huge 75inch TV.
The house is steps from the centre of the village which has a grocery store, banks, pharmacy, barber shop, and a weekly market on Tuesday. Free parking is available in the parking garage in the main street beside the post office.
Guests have access to the entire house.

Benahavis, a mountain village 7km from the coast, is situated between Marbella, Estepona and Ronda. Renowned for its restaurants – they call it the dining room of the Costa del Sol – it is above all a picturesque place, where you can find incredible mountain and sea views. Hosting 12 of the Costa del Sol’s Golf Courses it is also a hotspot for golf lovers. On top of that, Benahavis has plenty of unspoilt nature where you can walk or ride a bike or take the river walk. In less than 20 minutes by car you can also enjoy the beaches of Marbella and Estepona, the famous marina of Puerto Banus and the bustling town of San Pedro.
Benahavis is a mountain village so renting a car is essential to explore the surrounding areas and coastline. If you prefer a relaxing stay there are good Taxi links to get to and from the village. Parking in a small village is challenging but there is a Parking Garage close to the house where you can park free of charge.
Village parking is challenging but the public garage parking is close to the house and you usually get a space.
