In the Brenne region of Berry, close to the Creuse Valley, on an agricultural estate, a group of two typical Berrichonne houses with private gardens and shared courtyard, overlooking a biodiversity-rich pond. Each gîte is 230 meters away as the crow flies (or 500 meters on foot).
Plus: space, nature, activities departing from the gîtes and comfort are all on offer. Lodging 1:
The shared courtyard provides parking for 3 vehicles. The courtyard is shared with another gite + a basketmaker's workshop,
Access to the house via an entrance hall, living room with lounge, dining room with masonry stove, kitchen and laundry room. Access to terrace and private garden. Bedroom with double bed (140 x190 cm) and sofa-bed with shower room and toilet.
1st floor: landing overlooking the fenced-in pond, bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, bedroom with 2 twin beds (90 x 190 cm), a 140 x 190 cm double bed and an 80 x 190 cm pull-out bed. One bedroom with 2 twin beds (90 x 190 cm)
Quiet, private enclosed garden with terrace, orchard, BBQ, Badminton set, Molky, hammock and shade sails.
Lodging 2:
500-meter walk: Ground floor: living room with glazed wood-burning stove, dining area and kitchen. At the entrance, a space designed to welcome our four-legged friends, a shower room / wc (Italian shower, washing machine and towel dryer), a bedroom with a 180 x 190 cm bed (two 90 x 190 cm beds that join to form a 2-person bed).
Upstairs, a landing with a convertible sofa (extra bed, TV, games and library). A bathroom with a bathtub equipped with a shower column and towel dryer, a bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm king-size bed (two 90 x 200 beds that combine to form a 2-person bed) and two 80 x 190 cm beds, 1 of which is 27 cm high.
Outside: terrace with garden furniture, under cover an XXL trampoline, a badminton set and a ping-pong table.
On the farm, a pond for wildlife observation, a pond and nature as far as the eye can see. The garden outside the gîte is enclosed. Accessible to some people with reduced mobility, but not subsidized.

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen, towels and kitchen linen for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding crockery and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 20 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess to be paid on site to the hosts).
