Location location! Beautiful townhouse perfectly located right ​in the heart of Benahavis village - the gourmet capital of Andalucia. There are over 50 restaurants just steps away, yet the house is located on a tranquil, pedestrian only cul-de-sac street. Behind the walls of the house you would never guess the lively hustle-bustle of the village is just around the corner.

Location location! Beautiful townhouse perfectly located right ​in the heart of Benahavis village - the gourmet capital of Andalucia. There are over 50 restaurants just steps away, yet the house is located on a tranquil, pedestrian only cul-de-sac street. Behind the walls of the house you would never guess the lively hustle-bustle of the village is just around the corner.

The house has three floors including a large 35 square metre roof top patio with dining area, BBQ, loungers and stunning mountain views. On the main floor you will find an open plan living room with mountain views from the terrace, a well equipped kitchen, and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there are two spacious twin bedrooms and a full bathroom.

You can enjoy the whole house. The Benahavis municipal swimming pool is a short 500 metre walk from the house (exit out the back door). The pool is normally open from June through to September 1st. Pool reservations are normally not required.

There are numerous walks and hikes in the hills surrounding Benahavis village. The Guadalmina River is a popular attraction where you can canyon walk down the river, and swim in parts of it. River access is just a short 1.5km walk from the house.

Benahavis, a mountain village 7km from the coast, is situated between Marbella, Estepona and Ronda. Renowned for its restaurants – they call it the gastronomic capital of the Costa del Sol. The village is a picturesque place, with incredible mountain- and sea-views. It is also the hotspot for golf lovers with 12 top class golf courses within a short drive of the village. Benahavis has plenty of unspoilt nature where you can walk or ride a bike and enjoy the fantastic views.

There is no parking outside the house but you can park close by park and walk up the steps to the property. There are local taxi's to take you down to the coast and beach if you prefer not to drive.

As this house is centrally located on a pedestrian street in the heart of Benahavis village, parking is available to the rear of the house: Exit out the back door and descend two flights of stairs to Calle Huerto de Fernando. There is also ample free parking available in Benahavis village. Car rental is recommended to explore outside the village and the coastal beaches. Our property managers at G&T Estates are conveniently located just around the corner from the house, on Calle Marbella.
