Location:
The villa is located in Cannigione, a town in the municipality of Arzachena, about 20 km from Olbia, in the northeast of Sardinia. Originally a quiet fishing village, it has now become a popular tourist destination situated in the Gulf of Cannigione.
In winter, the town has about 800 residents, but in summer it transforms into a lively tourist hub, attracting visitors from all over the world. The nearby Costa Smeralda has influenced the development of tourist services, such as sailing or catamaran trips in the Maddalena archipelago, supermarkets open until 11 PM, and restaurants serving food late into the night.
Cannigione's natural beauty is enhanced by Sardinia’s crystal-clear sea, numerous beaches along the gulf, a bike path stretching along the coast to La Conia, good food, excellent wines, and the warm hospitality of the locals.
