Located right on the ski slopes, this apartment enjoys a privileged location. Sleeping up to 4 people, it has a balcony with mountain views. On the 4th floor of a residence with elevator, the 24m² south-west-facing apartment comprises a living room with pull-out bed (2X80, possibility of making a double bed) and a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, coffeemaker, etc.). There are also 2 bunk beds in the entrance hall, with a separating curtain, as the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 (article 6 of Decree no. 95-949 of August 25, 1995). 4 comforters (140X200) + 2 blankets. Shower room with toilet.
The apartment is not accessible to the disabled.
The apartment also has a ski locker for storing your equipment when you return from the slopes. Please note that cleaning at the end of your stay is not included in the rental price, nor is the rental of household and bed linen. If you wish, you can add these services at the time of booking. Taxes to be paid on site.

It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment and to bring pets.
In the center of the resort, you can stock up at the nearest supermarket, less than 200 meters away, then prepare delicious recipes using the kitchen equipment provided, including an electric hob, oven, coffee maker and dishwasher - everything you need is at your disposal. Then enjoy your meals around the dining table.
If you're not in the mood to cook, you'll find the nearest restaurants just 30 meters away! Comfortable and functional, the apartment also features communal heating and a TV.
With 300 km of ski runs, you can enjoy a wide range of winter sports on the snow-covered slopes of the Tignes resort, including skiing, snowshoeing and ice skating (outdoor rink open according to weather conditions).
In summer, golf enthusiasts can head to the 18-hole Tignes Golf Club, just 5 minutes away. The region also boasts magnificent nature trails and a rich heritage. So you can go on day trips or enjoy white-water sports such as rafting, with the majestic mountains as your backdrop. You can collect the keys to your rental directly from our agency. Your arrival will be made even easier by the fact that the Glacier agency is located just a few meters from the apartment and is open 7 days a week during the winter season.
