In Tignes, located in the heart of the Curling B Tour resort and Val Claret, on the 4th floor, this functional and very comfortable apartment is magnificently well-equipped. You're sure to have an unforgettable stay, right next to the slopes, shops and numerous activities. Rated 3 stars, the living room opens onto a lovely south-facing terrace with a view of the snow-capped mountains. It features a sofa with 2 single trundle beds (2X80), flat-screen TV and stereo. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances (dishwasher, oven/microwave, coffeemaker) you need to prepare your meals, which you can then enjoy in the 6-person dining area. The separate master bedroom has a comfortable double bed (160) and a shower room with toilet. The second bedroom has two single bunk beds, as the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 (article 6 of Decree no. 95-949 of August 25, 1995). Blankets + 3 comforters (140X200- 180X170- 240X220) Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet. Please note that end-of-stay cleaning, household linen and towels are not included in the price. However, if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. Taxes to be paid on site. Pay parking spaces are available close to the residence. (Pre-booking recommended through our agency). Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, nor are pets allowed. With 300 km of slopes, Tignes offers a wide range of winter sports, including skiing, snowshoeing and ice skating (outdoor rink open according to weather conditions). In summer, golf enthusiasts can enjoy the 18-hole Tignes Golf Club, just 200 meters from the apartment. Local shops, restaurants and bars are just a stone's throw from the residence, ideal for spending time with family and friends. The region also boasts some magnificent nature trails and a rich heritage. So you can enjoy day trips or white-water sports such as rafting, with the majestic mountains as a backdrop.
