Partly renovated in 2020, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), cable TV, radio and DVD. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Shower/WC. Balcony 10 m2, south facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Garage space n 73, height 200 cm, width 230 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. Entrance of apartment on ground floor.
Hillside complex "Terrasse des Alpes". In the district of Marigny 400 m from the centre of Montana, in a sunny position, 1.5 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area, south-west facing position. For shared use: indoor pool heated (12 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 26.Nov. and 16.Dec. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 08:00-20:00). Hot tub, terrace. In the house: lounge, lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Shop, supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 400 m, bus stop "Montana Poste" 300 m, lake Moubra 1.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3.8 km, skisport facilities 1.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Swimming pool (about 26°) and hot tub closed in November. Hot tub from 16 years old. The building is built on a sloping ground. The floors are to be considered as levels (calculated from the terraces at the back of the residence). In case of heavy snowfall, it is not allowed on the order of the administrator to clear the terraces.
