Situated right on the ski slopes, this apartment enjoys a privileged location. Sleeping up to 4/5 people, it has a balcony with mountain views. Completely renovated studio apartment, rated 2. On the 6th floor of a residence with elevator (elevator to the 5th floor, then a staircase to the outside), the 26m² south-facing apartment comprises a living room with 1 pull-out bed for 2 (90×200) and a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffeemaker, etc.). The cabin also has 3 bunk beds, as the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 (article 6 of Decree no. 95-949 of August 25, 1995). It has a separate shower and toilet. In the center of the resort, you can stock up at the nearest supermarket, less than 200 meters away, then prepare delicious recipes using the kitchen equipment provided. Then enjoy your meals around the dining table. If you're not in the mood to cook, you'll find the nearest restaurants just 30 metres away! Comfortable and functional, the apartment also features electric heating and a TV. The apartment also has a ski locker for storing your equipment when you return from the slopes. Please note that cleaning at the end of your stay is not included in the rental price, nor is the rental of household and bed linen. If you wish, you can add these services at the time of booking. Taxes to be paid on site. Paid parking spaces are available in the resort (pre-booking recommended at our agency). No smoking inside the apartment and no pets allowed. With 300 km of slopes, Tignes offers a wide range of winter sports, including skiing, snowshoeing and ice skating (outdoor rink open according to weather conditions). In summer, golf enthusiasts can head to the 18-hole Tignes Golf Club, just 5 minutes away. The region also boasts magnificent nature trails and a rich heritage. So you can go on day trips or enjoy white-water sports such as rafting, with the majestic mountains as your backdrop. Your arrival will be made even easier by the fact that the Glacier agency is located just a few meters from the apartment and is open 7 days a week during the winter season.
