Wimmis 4 km from Spiez: Very beautiful, historical timber house "Chalet Simmental", 2 storeys, semi-detached, built in 1627, renovated in 2024. In the centre of Wimmis, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced). Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, drying room. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. E-charging station.
