It features an attractive 45 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a 500 m² garden. The house is set in pleasant surroundings at the end of a cul-de-sac. Within a 700-meter walk, you'll find a bakery, fishmonger's, butcher's, chemist's, wine cellar, as well as a mini-market selling exotic products and a convenience store. A 2 km drive takes you to the shopping center at Le Pontet, with the region's largest Auchan store and many other major retailers. Also 4 km away by car are the Leclerc, Lidl and Aldi supermarkets.
