Residence La Grande Verdette is located along the blue ‘Marmotte’ piste, which takes you to the snow front and the main ski lifts in a matter of seconds. Ski in and out at the foot of the residence.
Pedestrian access to the resort is just a few minutes away!
This new residence will be delivered in autumn 2024.
Flat features:
Discover this spacious, south-facing 90m2 duplex flat with warm decor and high-quality materials.
Two indoor parking spaces (in the residence's basement) are reserved for you.
There is a ski locker with boot dryer that opens directly onto the Bellard chairlift.
The flat comprises a living room opening onto a 40m2 south-facing furnished terrace with Jacuzzi.
The living area features a fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge area.
The first bedroom has a 160cm bed, a TV and a shower room with WC.
A separate WC completes this level.
On the upper level you will find the second double bedroom, which also has a 160 cm double bed and a private shower room with WC.
A third bedroom has two single beds (80*200 cm) and a trundle bed (80*180).
Finally, the mountain corner has a bunk bed (sleeps 2).

The end-of-stay cleaning service is included, as is the hire of bed linen and towels.

When you book with Altitude 1750, your lift passes and ski lesson cards booked through the agency are delivered directly to your flat on the day of your arrival. By booking 15 days in advance, you can also take advantage of discounted rates with our partners (lift passes, ski equipment hire).
Prices include VAT, but exclude booking fees and tourist tax. Holiday insurance is also available at an additional cost.
