This independent farmhouse with private pool is located in the countryside of the Tuscan Maremma. It has a surface area of 200 square metres on two levels.
Immersed in a landscape rich in contrasts, atmospheres, sounds and colours. Its location makes it possible to reach the historic villages of Manciano, Porto Santo Stefano, Capalbio, Magliano in Toscana and Saturnia with its renowned thermal baths, in beautiful scenery rich in tradition and gastronomy.
The outdoor spaces are characterized by lawn in which the swimming pool ( 50 sqm2) equipped with sunbeds and outdoor shower is inserted. Before the pool is a wooden pergola equipped with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and next to a brick barbecue.
It is close to the beautiful beaches of Albinia, Capalbio and Talamone, which can be easily reached in 15 minutes by car.
The owner does not accept children under 14 years of age
The farmhouse is arranged on two floors. The upper floor can be reached only by external stairs.
On the ground floor there is a separate kitchen with access to the outdoor patio equipped with table and sofas for outdoor dining.
A living area with double sofa bed with TV, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
An external staircase leads to the second floor where there is a living room with kitchenette, the sleeping area consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom and a 1 bathroom with bathtub.
