Small house 50 meters from the beach. Neighbors residing all year round. Very calm environment. Independent air conditioning up and down. Ground floor 34 m2; A separate double bedroom + walk-in shower bathroom + separate toilet + equipped kitchen area + washing machine + lounge area. Mezzanine 20 m2 with a double bed + 2 single beds + cupboard + chest of drawers + wardrobe. Baby bed and high chair. 50 m from the beach and 10 minutes from the port. Private terrace of 20 m2 with barbecue.
Parking space in private car park. Additional TV + DVD player + DVD available upstairs. Household linen not provided. New: For days when the weather is not good, we have installed a second television + DVD player + DVD available for the little ones.
