Large villa in a small village with lots to offer! 9 km from the beaches and 20 km from Spain. Glass-blowing in the town dates back to the 14th century. Hence the name Palacium Vitri (Palau Del Vidre).
A fully-equipped, 3-star-rated 120m² house for 6 to 7 people, with reversible air-conditioning in all rooms. It offers: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 large living room with mezzanine, fireplace and open kitchen, 1 separate WC and a beautiful entrance hall. There is also a utility room in the basement. The 9.40 x 3.90 m swimming pool is private, and is usually accessible between April and October (subject to weather conditions) thanks to its salt treatment, electric safety curtain and heat pump. The large, shady garden is fully enclosed. The plancha, gas barbecue, pergola, semi-covered terrace, 3 terraces, plenty of garden furniture and 3 free parking spaces inside the property are all additional features of Chez Laurence et Olivier. There are 3 parking spaces inside the property. The very discreet owners occupy 1 small flat at the rear of the property. The two parts of the garden are separated by 1 fence and 1 gate.
