This vacation home is located on the southern part of the island of Martinique, about 15 minutes from the town of Sainte-Anne.The villa offers a peaceful setting (a rocky path leads to the house - renting an adapted vehicle is preferable). The house is framed by a large field, there are no close neighbors.
Villa with Anti-intrusion alarm system that activates the built-in camera when the alarm is triggered and if movement is detected inside the villa, for a few seconds, a series of snapshots are taken.
The house of 120m² is composed of :
- 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (one master suite with a 180 cm bed with private bathroom - WC and shower, three double bedrooms: one 180 cm bed, one 160 cm bed and one 140 cm bed).

- 20 minutes drive from the beach of Les Salines
- 18 minutes from Pointe Marin beach where you will find many water sports activities and beach side restaurants
- Nearby point of interest: the blue eye, a natural basin on the seashore
