The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers you this charming, fully air-conditioned, single-storey house with mountain views and private pool in the commune of Peri. With a surface area of 170 m², it can accommodate up to 9 travelers. It features a 90 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a 2,500 m² garden. The house is ideally located between the sea and the mountains in Peri, in a very pleasant environment. You can reach the sea in 15/20 minutes and the mountains in 30/40 minutes. You'll benefit from all the essential stores nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the house's private grounds. You can also park 1 car in the garage.
