The Son Claret holiday home is a green oasis on flat farmland near Muro, just 10 minutes from the sandy beach of the bay of Alcúdia. The property is completely private and surrounded by hedges and privacy fences. The pool terrace has a gently sloping pool with step access, sun loungers and a cosy day bed, with tall palm trees providing shade. Adjacent to the house is a shaded dining area under a covered terrace overlooking the pool.
Renovated in 2024, the interior comprises bright, tastefully furnished rooms. The open-plan living room offers easy access to the terrace and pool through a sliding glass door. The spacious kitchen with integrated dining area is equipped with modern appliances and has its own access to the outside. A bathroom with shower completes the ground floor. Upstairs there are three comfortable double bedrooms; two have en-suite bathrooms and one has a private balcony. The house is air-conditioned and has shutters for perfect darkness.
Son Claret is located about 3 km from Muro and 8 km from Can Picafort and is ideal for remote working, with stable internet and good mobile phone reception. The long sandy beach in the bay of Alcúdia is less than 10 minutes away by car.
