Welcome to this charming rustic house featuring a 5m x 5m elevated swimming pool with a depth of 1m, perfect for cooling off during the hot summer days. Surrounding the pool are six sun loungers, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. There's also an outdoor shower for your convenience. The furnished porch invites you to gather with family and friends for a delicious barbecue. The property is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy with no direct neighbors.
Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen-dining area is equipped with air conditioning, a vitro hob, and all necessary appliances. Enjoy meals or unwind with satellite TV and music. The laundry room provides a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are two bedrooms on the same floor: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, both with wardrobes. A bathroom with a bathtub and bidet completes the layout. If traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided. The first floor is closed and not accessible.
