Villa 60m², fully renovated, 6' walk to the sandy beaches, south of Tenerife, in a residential coastal village, offering many bars and restaurants, 2 mini-supermarkets, 2 diving schools, many hiking routes and 1 bus line.

The accommodation
This villa has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160*200), the other with two single beds (90*200) that can be combined to make a king-size bed (180*200).
There is a bathroom with an Italian shower. The toilet is separate.
The fully-equipped kitchen gives access to a 9m² balcony with ocean views, where you can enjoy breakfast.
The lounge/dining room opens onto a furnished terrace of around 30m².
A small outdoor storage room is ideal for storing beach gear, as well as keeping diving equipment safe and dry.
Access for travellers
Abades, where the property is located, is a small, quiet coastal resort with numerous bars and restaurants, two mini-supermarkets and two diving schools.
Hikers will find several routes, both along the coast and inland, starting directly from the house.
There is a bus service to Abades, with a bus stop 300 m from the entrance to the village. Tenerife is served by a particularly efficient public transport service, day and night.
Prefer to hire a car? We'll point you in the direction of the 2 best car hire companies, both of which are based at the 2 airports, 20 minutes away in the case of the southern airport and 40 minutes away in the case of the northern airport. These 2 airports are well served by public transport.
