Nestled 900 meters from the sea and 1.1 kilometers from the beach, the villa is set on a private, fenced 600 m² property featuring a lush lawn, landscaped garden, and an irregularly shaped, heated swimming pool (32 m², 150 cm deep), available seasonally from May 15 to November 4. The pool area includes an indoor staircase, outdoor shower, pool house with a shower and toilet, and is meticulously maintained by the owner/gardener.
The interior is thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and entertainment, with high-speed internet, air conditioning, a washing machine, and dedicated parking for up to four cars. Inside the pool house, you’ll find a sauna, whirlpool, billiards, dartboard, and satellite TV, providing a private spa and entertainment haven. For your convenience, shops and restaurants are within a 600-meter stroll, with a supermarket and yacht harbor nearby.
Please note: the property is under video surveillance (which can be turned off upon request) and is located 30 kilometers from the nearest airport. Pool heating is available at an additional cost of €30 per day, payable on-site in cash, with seven days' notice required.
