Modern apartment located in the city center, 2 minutes walk from shops (bakery, fishmonger, delicatessen, delicatessen, supermarket) and the market, 4 minutes from the central beach by bike and the start of the numerous cycle paths along the forest and the sea, immediate access to services and public transport.
Accommodation in a quiet luxury residence with an opening from the living room, kitchen and bedroom onto a large covered balcony of 16m2 facing south on the first floor, for relaxing on armchairs in complete discretion or having meals, even in the event of bad weather or strong sunlight.
From Fromentine (10 minutes by car), you can take the boat to the island of Yeu or Noirmoutier, or take the bicycle bridge (cycle path among the pines). St Jean de Monts (12 minutes by car), St Gilles Croix de Vie (30 minutes), Pornic (50 minutes), Nantes airport (1h07), Puy du Fou (1h30).

Accommodation for 2 to 4 people maximum, classified 3 * furnished tourist accommodation, 52m², on the 1st floor, with elevator, facing south, with a private parking space and bicycle storage.

A large bay window opens onto the balcony with exterior roller shutters and filtering Japanese curtains.
The bedroom includes a standard double bed (140x190), 2 nightstands and bedside lamps, a dressing table with a mirror, a chair, a chest of drawers; French window opening onto the balcony with roller shutters.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and shower screen, a sink, a mirror and base unit, a wall unit, a towel dryer, a towel rack and a WC.

The fully equipped and functional kitchen with retro refrigerator, integrated washing machine and dryer, integrated dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, illuminated extractor hood (coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, electric mixer)

The radiators are electric with programmable thermostat.
Bed and bathroom linen are provided as well as cleaning products
Maintenance cleaning is charged at a flat rate by the owner for each stay.
