Located on the 4th floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 16 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a 30 m² garden. The flat is ideally located in Épinal, just 15 minutes' walk from the town centre. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
