The apartment is located in a chalet with 4 apartments, ideally located towards the Col des Aravis, 550m from the shops and 900m from the village center, on the edge of the Crêt du Merle slope. Departure and return on skis.
Beautiful clear view of the Beauregard, Étale and Riffroids mountain ranges.

EQUIPPED KITCHEN: 4.5 m², sink, 4-burner electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, fridge, dishwasher, raclette machine, units with all the necessary kitchen equipment (fondue machine available in common area).
LIVING ROOM: 18m², equipped with a single sofa bed, television, south/west window. Terrace table and chairs, parasol in summer.
BEDROOM 1: 11 m², 1 double bed, wardrobe, iron, west-facing window.
BEDROOM 2: 15 m², 3 beds of 80, wardrobe, west window. Bathroom in the room closed by a sliding door, equipped with a shower and a sink.

- End of stay cleaning, fixed price depending on the size of the accommodation (50? to 250?), to be ordered 3 days before departure,
