Bright 27m² studio located on the heights of La Clusaz, on the 2nd floor with elevator. It includes:
- A living room with a sofa bed;
- A mountain corner with 2 single beds;
- An equipped kitchenette;
- A shower room with WC;
You have a balcony at your disposal to enjoy your aperitifs with a view of the slopes.
Ski room: In the entrance hall of the building.
Facilities: Dishwasher, TV, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, raclette machine, fondue, board games, hair dryer, small additional heater for the off-season. Sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost.
Parking: A few free parking spaces in front of the building.

You will stay:
- Close to shops, mountain bike and ski rental services, bars, restaurants, shops, ski schools, grocery stores.;
- 10 minutes from the Clusaz ice rink;
- 5 minutes by car from the Cret de Merle chairlift;
- At the foot of the Aravis AQUATIC AREA;
- 45 minutes drive from the city of Annecy to set off on an adventure.
To know:
- sheets and towels are provided at an additional cost, no reservation possible less than 48 hours before the stay.
Double bed kit with towels: 45€ and Single bed kit with towels: 35€ ;
- No WIFI;
- Housekeeping: the fees charged do not exempt you from minimum tidying up (garbage cans, dishes);
- Special equipment in winter is mandatory to access accommodation located on high ground;
- Flexible arrival from 4 p.m. with a self-check-in procedure;

World-renowned for its ski area, La Clusaz is a commune in Haute Savoie located at the foot of the famous Aravis mountain range. The town offers breathtaking views of the mountains, including Mont Blanc. Winter and summer, you can recharge your batteries thanks to its nature and its heritage, rich in history. Its ski area spreads over 4 massifs (Balme, Aiguille, Etale and Beauregard), you can wander around as you wish, on skis or snowboard in winter, but also on foot or by bike in summer.
