The chalet is composed of two levels accessible by an internal staircase, built in 1850, last renovation in 2015. It is located in the center, on the edge of a watercourse. Close to shops, 150 meters from the departures of alpine skiing (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF but also from the cross-country ski slopes (Beauregard gondola). Terrace on the ground floor and access to a private courtyard adjoining the chalet.
