We will send our housekeeping team to clean and tidy the home before the viewing takes place, which is completely free of charge.

As you enter, you’ll find a bright and inviting ground-floor bedroom fitted with a luxurious large bed, perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Adjacent to it is a convenient bathroom, providing privacy and ease for your stay. The ground floor also houses the modern, fully equipped kitchen—whether you’re whipping up a quick breakfast or a cosy dinner, you’ll find everything you need at your fingertips. The kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area, creating an open space that’s perfect for gathering and enjoying meals together. Moving up to the first floor, you'll be greeted by the spacious living room, bathed in natural light from the large windows. This space is designed for relaxation, with plush seating that invites you to unwind after a day exploring the city. The living room opens up into a tranquil conservatory—a serene, sunlit nook where you can sip your morning coffee, dive into a good book, or simply take in the peaceful ambiance. On the second floor, you'll find the second bedroom, which is equally spacious and beautifully appointed with a large bed that promises a blissful rest. This floor also features a communal bathroom, thoughtfully designed with modern fixtures to offer convenience and comfort. The house has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the house must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed, a cleaner will tidy the house free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the house is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with self check-in, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area with multiple parks in easy reach. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home is closest to Notting Hill Gate Station so you have easy access to anywhere in London. In addition, you’ll also be able to catch a bus or hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.

The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home.

Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this property. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this house and the tidy, perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout.
