We offer this charming 37 m² flat for rent in Saint-Malo, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi (fiber optics), which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a bathroom (with bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is made up as follows:
- A 15 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV.
- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200), which can be separated into 2 single beds (option to be specified when booking).
- A bathroom with bath
- A WC accessible from the bathroom.
You will also have access to the following additional facilities: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Malo, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private garage (access not recommended for low cars).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: 2.5 km
- Bus: Bus lines 1 and 2 from the station to Intra-Muros
- Nearest airport: 80 km (Rennes - St-Jacques)

Nearby
Bon secours beach, Porte St-Pierre, with its seawater swimming pool and sailing club on the beach. At low tide, you can go to the Ile du Grand Bé, where Chateaubriand's tomb is located.
All the shops are within easy walking distance of the flat.
Places to visit
La Demeure de Corsaire, Rue d'Asfeld, a private mansion, part of which is open to visitors. Museums, the Cathedral, tour of the ramparts, guided tours available from the Tourist Office at Porte St Vincent, at the foot of the ramparts outside.
From the Place St Vincent, you can catch the bus to all parts of Saint-Malo and take the little train for a guided historical tour of the town.
Food :
On Place Chateaubriand, you can enjoy excellent seafood at Café de l'Ouest, the best burgers at Lion d'or, a Sunday lunch at Maison Générale for a feast for the eyes and taste buds (reservations recommended), and discover the friendly Cargo Culte restaurant, with its home-cooked menu of tarts, salads, tartines and soups, all decorated in a brocante style. La Duchesse Anne crêperie, a historic establishment not to be missed.
In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at St Patrick's, or the festive atmosphere of the belle époque. If you like cocktails, check out La Fabrique, a multitude of original cocktails. And if you prefer a nautical and sailing atmosphere, you can listen to a concert or contemplate the sea at the Cunningham or on the terrace at the Cancalais!
In the evening, you can choose between a Celtic atmosphere at the St-Patrick's, or the inevitable belle époque, beer lovers, the Aviso will seduce you with its 500 beers! And if you prefer the atmosphere of sailing and boating, you can drink a toast at the Trinquette on the harbour alongside the Bassin Vauban!
