This characteristic Tuscan Borgo with swimming pool, perched on the top of a hill, will give you the opportunity to enjoy a breathtaking 360° panoramic view over the Chianti hills covered with olive groves and rows of vines, between Castelfiorentino and Certaldo, the birthplace of Boccaccio.
The property, surrounded by one hectare of fenced garden, offers 8 cosy and comfortable flats finished with terracotta floors and wooden beams. Each flat has an independent entrance and a private outdoor space in the garden for pleasant outdoor dining. An ideal place for family holidays or a group of friends, where you can enjoy enchanting views, whatever the season of the year. The sunsets will give you beautiful moments.
The Olivo flat is located on the ground floor of a characteristic farmhouse divided into two units (ID 1728 Fienile), so it is particularly suitable for friends who do not want to give up their privacy, but who wish to share moments of conviviality together. The flat opens into a large open-plan living room with sofa bed, fireplace and satellite TV, dining area and a kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, refrigerator, gas cooker, extractor hood and electric kettle. Outside is a private garden furnished with a dining table and sunshade.
The shared gardens and swimming pool are well maintained. The fenced swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers that guests can use after a refreshing swim. The farmhouse also offers a barbecue, a dining area and a shared wood-burning oven. An area is dedicated to children in a lively play area, a table tennis table and table football for some fun. The Borgo's location allows you to enjoy a wide and suggestive panorama from the Apuan Alps to San Gimignano, from Montespertoli to Certaldo.

The Borgo's central position makes it easy to reach the main cities of historical and artistic interest in Tuscany by car or train: Siena(55 km), Florence(45 km), Pisa(75 km) and Lucca(74 km). The sea of Versilia is 100 km away, where you can spend pleasant days at the seaside, go shopping, and taste delicious local dishes. Moreover, in the immediate vicinity you can visit: Certaldo (7km), characteristic the upper part of the town that offers a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside connected by a funicular; Castelfiorentino (7km), San Gimignano(20km), Volterra(40km).
The airports of Florence and Pisa are equidistant: about 50 minutes by car. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2024 to the 30th of September 2024 A damage deposit of 2000EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
