Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers. 2 x 80 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Exit north facing position. Kitchenette (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, raclette grill, combination microwave, fondue Set (cheese)). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Parquet floors. Balcony 4 m2, north facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the valley. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). For shared use: swimming pool heated (25 x 12 m, depth 90 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 14.Dec. - 11.Apr. and 28.Jun. - 29.Aug. pool opening hours: 10:00-19:00). In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at 20 m on the premises. Shop, grocery, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Bagagerie" 200 m, railway station "saint jean de maurienne" 15 km, outdoor swimming pool 500 m. Ski lift, chair lift, slopes, ski rental 200 m, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 500 m, ski-kindergarten 700 m, sled run 500 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The swimming pool facilities are 500 m from the residence at the municipal pool. Entrance for under 3’s is not allowed. Children between 3 and 5 years old are allowed subject to weather conditions (in winter). Entrance tickets to the swimming pool are included in your rental price and will be given to you when you check in.

Beautiful resort Very well-equipped, spacious accommodation for 6 people. Well exposed, beautiful view over the valley, sun from morning until about 1pm. Building a little secluded from the town center, but still very quiet. At the foot of the slopes (when there's snow around the building). Negative points : -ski room a little cramped for 6 pairs of skis and lacks high shelves to put ski boots on. -on arrival, lack of signage between buildings A, B and C, especially at night. -metal beds a bit noisy.
