Part of an 18th century house with a private swimming pool (depth 120 - 150 cm), located in the heart of the green hills of Turin, on the border of the Monferrato region. This old barn, once owned by the Counts of Brozolo, has been completely renovated while retaining its original charm. The rental extends over 3 floors. 2nd floor: double room, passageway room with double bed between the double room and the bathroom. The garden is shared with the owner. From here you will access the door to the pool (with steps). Perfect for visiting the nearby city of Turin, with its rich history and culture. Near the natural park of Lake Candia (accessible on request): hiking, horseback riding and fishing. Gastronomy lovers will also not be disappointed and will be able to try out the region's specialities such as wine, delicatessen and truffles. Access to the house is via a 200 m long dirt road.
Swimming pool from mid-June to mid-September.
