Above Kaltenbach, 2.5 km from the centre, in a sunny position, 7.5 km from the lake, directly by the skiing area, in the countryside. For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains.
