4-floor residence with lift located 3 min. walking from the shops and departure of the ski runs. (1 min. walking from the arrival of the ski runs), ski locker on level 1. free outdoor parking in front of the residence.

recently refurbished 2-room + cabin apartment sleeping 6, approximately 31 m², south facing with balcony, view of the ski area, on the third floor.

kitchen area: 4 vitroceramic hot plates, fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven, raclette machine, kettle, coffee machine, toaster.

living room: 1 single bed and 2 twin beds, flat screen tv.

bedroom: 1 double bed.

cabin (with window): set of bunk beds.

bathroom with bath and separate toilet.

the booking price include the final cleaning excluding kitchen area. we ask you to leave the premises in good condition, empty the dishwasher, put out your rubbish and fold bedding.
