The upper residential unit, which you reach via an external staircase, consists of two floors with internal staircases and access to three open terraces or balconies, one of which is on the roof and gives you a magnificent view of the sea. Enjoy the fully fenced plot with car park and outdoor barbecue, as well as two WCs by the pool. There is also a swing for the little ones. This accommodation is close to the sea and the beach and will certainly meet your requirements.
