Beautiful independent villa with private pool situated a short distance away from the lovely town of Cortona, whose origins date back to the Etruscan period. This house has been recently restored with its original architectural features preserved and has been turned into a welcoming country villa providing modern-design furnishing.
Outside guests can enjoy use of a well-groomed garden with a nice gazebo in the nearby woods (approx. 20 meters from the villa away) and of a beautiful private pool.
The access to the villa is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable to any car.
Distances: the small village of Portole with groceries is at 4 km, Cortona with shops of all kinds 13 km away, Città di Castello 40 km, Arezzo 40 km away, Lake Trasimeno 30 km away, Camucia (with railway station) 15 km away, Perugia (S. Egidio airport) 60 km away, Siena 75 km, Florence 120 km away.
At guests’ disposal: garden with veranda ideal for al-fresco dining, private swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – max. depth 2,1 m – open from 01/05 through 15/10), open-air shower and solarium area by the pool, barbecue and oven.
WI-FI internet is provided (free of charge). Laundry with washing-machine available.
