It consists of a ground floor and a first floor, which are connected by an external staircase. The ground floor has a living room with kitchen and dining room as well as bedrooms with bathrooms, while the first floor is reserved for bedrooms, bathrooms and living room with billiards and darts.
A large fenced plot with a beautiful lawn offers the opportunity to enjoy a variety of facilities. The pool offers real refreshment on hot summer days. The covered terrace and the possibility of using the barbecue are ideal for spending pleasant moments together. There are also facilities for the little ones. Explore the surrounding area. The beautiful picturesque landscapes of Istria delight many visitors and nature lovers.
The nearby town of Pazin is a town with a rich and long tradition. Among the sights worth seeing are the Pazin Castle, the Franciscan monastery, the Pazin Cave with the Pazin Creek-Pazinica, which attracts many nature lovers - cyclists, climbers, hikers and fishermen. Don't miss out on visiting medieval towns such as Motovun, located on a nearby hill. The annual international film festival takes place here at the end of July. There is also the town of Hum, which is considered the smallest town in the world. Take a wine route and taste delicious, locally produced wines, as well as prosciutto and truffles offered in local taverns.
