Under the Landes pine forest, duplex studio on the first floor of a small character house. It comprises a north-facing living room with a double sofa bed opening onto a large terrace, and an open, functional kitchen. The sleeping area comprises a mezzanine with a 140cm double bed and 80cm bunk beds, and a shower room.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not provided.
July/August cleaning included in the price.
To be paid before arrival: accommodation deposit by credit card only via the secure SWIKLY link and tourist tax by credit card.
Optional services to be arranged before arrival:
- Bed linen and towels: €20 per person
End-of-stay cleaning: 75€ extra

Small house in a private park in a residential area, ideally located close to the sea. Car recommended.
In Seignosse, the beach is 6 kilometers long, so you can always find a quiet spot to put your towel down...On the practical side, there are showers, straw huts, cabins with surf schools, and lifeguards to look after you.
Forget your car and do everything on foot or by bike: that's what a real vacation is all about, and it's much quicker to get to the market. The bike path known as La Vélodyssée runs right through the neighborhood. We share it with joggers, rollerbladers and skaters...
