Comfortable apartment with capacity for 4 people where you can enjoy the many opportunities that offers la Costa Brava. Located in Mas Oliva urbanization, one of the quietest areas of Roses, it has a pool and a garden where you can relax. In the surroundings you can practice various activities such as bicycle or hiking routes and at only 1'9 km a sandy beach with one of the most crystalline waters of the Girona Coast and also the promenade with magnificent views of the Roses Bay.
IMPORTANT :
CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining, sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.
When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.
The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 0.60 Euros per person and per day.
PETS : Pets are accepted in our accommodations. The price for this supplement is 25.00 Euros per pet for the whole stay.
The pool will remain open from June 24 to September 11.

Apartment not clean, no air conditioning, horrible in the heat. We had to buy a fan, which of course was expensive in high season. The complex's laundry service is extremely expensive. Towels are provided on arrival but we have to wash them, they are not exchanged. The building next door suffered two power cuts, one lasting two hours and the other all night. The fridges defrosted. We had to charge our neighbors' cell phones and heat the babies' bottles. The bedroom window opens onto a collective corridor, so there's no privacy, and closing the shutters was unbearable in the heat. Sewer smell in the bathroom. There was no mirror, so comfort was very, very low. It's a pity because the outside residence looks very nice. We were very disappointed. I would never rent in this complex again. The reviews I had read before leaving were unfortunately true. Very disappointed

Hello, apart from the two small comfortable beds, the level of crockery does not even include 4 teaspoons, knives that do not cut, the view from the balcony is shabby, the sofa bed is not suitable for a couple as one is on top and one on the bottom, there is no fan, the children's swimming pool is full of wasps all around, and to top it all, on August 14th the electricity went off from 7 p.m. to 11.30 a.m. on the 15th, so everything was thrown out, including the contents of the freezer and fridge, and I am really disappointed with this accommodation.
